Liability for content. As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 German TMG for own contents on these sides according to the general laws. The training schedules, tips, and tricks were prepared by qualified and responsible sport scientists, coaches and athletes, and are based on scientific and technical knowledge as well as long-term practical experience. However, they do not represent any form of medical advice and cannot replace the advice of a doctor. You should consult a doctor and receive a health check before you begin the swimming training. Please be aware that all communication with My Swim Coach is exclusively over the internet and that we have no information about your personal physical condition and health. It is therefore very important that you warm up and stretch before every swimming training and that you always rely on common sense during the training. Listen to your body! When you are in pain, feel weak or exhausted, or can’t breathe correctly, you should stop the training immediately. You take full responsibility for all risks that are involved in a training provided by My Swim Coach.
